MEDIA ADVISORY: Old Baby Equipment Drop-Off Event
As part of national Safe Kids Week, CHEO’s
Injury Prevention Program, Plan-it Safe and the City
of Ottawa, want to alert parents to the possible dangers
of old or used baby equipment. Thousands of children
are injured every year by products in their own homes.
It is hoped that this year’s “Old Baby
Equipment Drop-Off Event” will help reduce the
number of children injured by unsafe products.
